Christopher Linden
Co-Founding Partner
Chris is a co-founding partner of Sipadan Capital. Prior to founding Sipadan Capital in 2016, Chris practiced as a corporate attorney in the restructuring group of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York and later as a corporate finance attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles. Since the fund's inception, Chris has been actively involved in each of Sipadan's investments, having served as a director of Jaanuu, Inc. (currently a board observer) and as an observer and director of LiveBy, Inc. Chris received his bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego and his JD from St. John's University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Richard Gitomer
Co-Founding Partner
Rich is a co-founding partner of Sipadan Capital. As the head of the fund's chief investment officer, Rich oversees the underwriting of each of the fund's investments. Prior to founding Sipadan Capital, Rich was a OTC market maker. Rich received his bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont and his JD from New York Law School.
